National Leagues

 

 

 

The Co-operative Netball Superleague is the top netball league within the country and begun in 2005-2006. Matches are shown weekly on Sky Sports, and the season culminates in play offs and the Grand Final, staged in April and May of each season.

There are 9 franchises in total spanning accross England, Scotland and Wales.  Please view the Superleague 08/09 section for more details on each franchise, fixtures and results and match reports.

                   

Premier Leagues 1 and 2 were introduced into the National League Netball structure for the  2006-2007 season with ten teams competing in each division. Promotion and relegation occurs between the leagues at the end of each season, and play offs between the bottom teams in the second division and the top sides from the regional leagues are also held at a national venue.
